UNIQUE CONCEPT OF ALL BLUEPRINT CONSTRUCTION KITS:

Many people have read books on how to do carpentry work, framing of walls, floors, ceilings and roof areas. This is fine to receive knowledge of building terms, and procedures. However, wisdom is the ability to use knowledge. Building a wall even on a small scale, is the same as building a wall for a full size house. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE WISDOM OF BUILDING A HOUSE BY DOING IT. The terms and procedures will come alive to you as you actually build each section of your house. 

Each area is not only built from the blueprint, it is built ON the blueprint. Gluing the pieces of wood where they contact each other (not to the print) making sure they are set on the blueprint within the lines of whatever section you are building (floor framing, walls, ceilings and rafters. If you follow the directions and the blueprints, all the parts will fit together exactly.

Easy to follow instructions printed on each blueprint for that section.

Plywood underlayment with partitions layout. (Construction paper to scale).

Enough lumber to build one house. (Balsa wood). Additional lumber available.
